Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Mishran store and any orders you place through it. Mishran is a Malgudi Sweets brand, made and dispatched from our Bengaluru kitchens. By using the store you agree to them.

An order becomes a contract when its payment is confirmed. Until then — including while payment is pending — you can walk away with no obligation. If an item sells out or a pincode turns out to be unserviceable after payment, we will cancel and refund that order in full.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and MRP-inclusive of GST — the total you see at checkout is the total you pay, plus the delivery fee shown there.

Fresh items deliver to serviceable pincodes in a same-day or next-day slot you choose at checkout. Shelf-stable items deliver within the timeline shown when you check your pincode. Someone should be available to receive the order — and refrigerate it where advised — during the chosen slot.

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, but when a delivery fails on our side we make it right — see Returns & refunds.

We accept payments through Razorpay. If a payment fails or you dismiss the checkout, your order stays pending; you can retry or cancel. We never charge twice for the same order.

Mithai is made fresh and is perishable. Consume it within the shelf life shown on the pack and refrigerate where advised. We cannot accept responsibility for items stored contrary to their instructions.
