Privacy policy

Your phone number is your account — we ask for it when you sign in with a one-time code, and we use it to reach you about your orders. If you share your name or email, we keep those too. When you order, we store the delivery address you chose and the contents of that order.

We also collect standard analytics events (pages viewed, products viewed, searches) through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel so we can see what's working on the store.

To make and deliver your orders, to answer when you write to us, and to improve the store. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI, and net-banking details go directly to Razorpay's checkout — we never see or store them. We keep the payment status and order amount so we can issue refunds and reconcile our books.

We use first-party Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel events to understand how the store is used. These run without ad personalization for now; if that changes, this page changes with it.

Your profile, saved addresses, and order history stay on your account while it is active. Order and payment records are retained as long as tax law requires, even after an account is deleted.

Write to us on WhatsApp to access, correct, or delete your data, or to delete your account. Deleting your account removes your profile and saved addresses; statutory order records remain. Cart and preference data live in your browser's local storage, not on our servers — clear them anytime.
