Returns & refunds

Everything fresh is made the day it travels and packed to order. If what arrives isn't what you ordered, or arrives compromised, we want to hear about it the same day.

Because mithai is perishable, we can't accept returns in the usual sense. Instead: message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with your order reference and a photo, and we will replace the item or refund it in full — your choice.

Unopened shelf-stable boxes and merchandise can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Message us first so we can arrange the pickup and refund.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days. When the miss is ours, the delivery fee is refunded with the order.

You can cancel any order before it is dispatched — message us on WhatsApp with your order reference. Once fresh items are out for delivery they can't be recalled, but the 24-hour promise above still applies.
